I figured out a temporary fix, based on the one by @henriquenunnes , which is IMHO insufficient. I am posting this for others arriving here from search engines and such. I assume OP's problem has long been solved. [br]

I have 3D printed parts on the way, but my 'design' may actually press down on my ears better than the original. 🤔 See picture.

What you'll need:
-Tie rip 2 mm
-Tie rip 4 mm
-Drill + 1,5 mm drillbit for metal (+ patience) [NOTE: hole in plastic will have to be expanded a little for the tie rip, metal hole will not be as neat and will almost certainly be 2mm wide no matter what you do.]
-Strong thin elastic.
-Pliers (for making sure the tierips are real tight.)[br]
